CAMK2D
CAMK2D칼슘/칼모둘린 의존 단백질 키나아제 타입 II 델타 체인은 인간에서 CAMK2D 유전자에 의해 암호화된 효소다.[5]
이 유전자의 산물은 세린/트레오닌 단백질 키나아제 계열과 Ca2+/calmodulin 의존성 단백질 키나제 하위 계열에 속한다.칼슘 신호는 글루타마테라믹 시냅스에서의 가소성의 몇 가지 측면에 매우 중요하다.포유류 세포에서 효소는 알파, 베타, 감마, 델타의 네 가지 다른 사슬로 구성되어 있다.이 유전자의 산물은 델타 체인이다.세 가지 다른 ISO 양식을 인코딩하는 네 가지 다른 분할된 대본 변형들은 지금까지 특징지어져 왔다.이 체인의 뚜렷한 등소 형태는 다른 표현 패턴을 가지고 있다.[5]
