장례용 감자(또한 훌륭한 감자, 오글쪼글한 감자, 해시 브라운 캐서롤,[1] 오글쪼글한 해시 브라운,[2][3] 그 감자,[4] 또는 파티용 감자[5][6][7])는 미국의 인터마운틴 서부와 중서부에서 인기 있는 전통적인 감자 핫디시어 또는 캐서롤이다. 전통적인 장후식 때 흔히 반찬으로 제공되기 때문에 '장미' 감자로 불리지만,[8] 포틀럭 등 사교 모임에서도 제공되며, 때로는 이름이 다른 경우도 있다.[9][10] 이 요리는 비 모르몬교도들에게도 인기가 있지만,[11][12] 이 지역에서 예수 그리스도의 교회 성도들 사이에서 인기가 있기 때문에 후기 성도들과 가끔 연관되어 왔다.

2002년 솔트레이크시티 동계 올림픽 때 기념품인 '푸드 핀' 중 하나가 장례용 감자를 묘사한 것이 특징이었다.[14][15][16]

장례용 감자는 몰리 하퍼의 "Nice Girls"와 "Half Moon Hallow" 책 시리즈에서 전통적인 남부 음식으로 언급된다.
