페비프란트
Fevipiprant
Feviprant(INN; 코드명 QAW039)는 노바티스가 개발 중인 약물로, 프로스타글란딘 D2 수용체 2(DP2 또는 CRTh2)의 선택적, 구술적 길항제 역할을 한다.[1][2][3]
2016년[update] 현재 천식 치료를 위한 임상[4] 3상이다.[5]
2019년 12월 16일 월요일, 스위스에 본사를 둔 노바티스는 이 약이 중증의 천식 환자들의 두 번의 추가 임상 실험에서 실패했다는 점에서, 개발 프로그램에서 페비프란트를 방출하고 있다고 공식 발표했다. 그 회사는 10억 달러짜리 천식 약이 되기를 바랬다고 말했다.[6]
