C-C 케모킨 수용체 유형 10 은 인간에서 CCR10 유전자 에 의해 암호화된 단백질 이다.[5] [6]
함수 케모킨 은 작은 분자(약 8~14kD)의 집단으로, 7-transmembrane, G 단백질 결합 수용체들의 부분 집합체와의 상호작용을 통해 다양한 유형의 백혈구 의 세포 밀매를 조절하는 대부분 기초적이고 구조적으로 관련되는 분자들이다.케모카인 또한 면역체계 의 발달, 동태현상, 기능에도 근본적인 역할을 하며, 중추신경계의 세포뿐만 아니라 혈관신생 이나 혈관신경 에 관여하는 내피세포 에도 영향을 미친다. 케모킨은 보존된 4개의 시스테인 잔류물 중 첫 번째 2개의 배열을 바탕으로 CXC와 CC의 2개의 주요 하위 패밀리로 나뉘며, 2개의 시스테인은 CXC 케모킨에서 단일 아미노산으로 분리되어 CC 케모킨에 인접해 있다.[6]
CCR10은 케모카인 수용체다. 리간드는 CCL27 과 CCL28 이다.[7] 이 수용체는 일반적으로 멜라노사이트,[8] 혈장세포, 피부호밍T세포에 의해 발현된다. B16 CCR10의 흑색종 세포 전도는 피부 내 접종 후 생쥐의 림프절 전이 발달 을 유의하게 증가시켜 전이를 유도하는 수용체 역할을 시사한다.[9] CCR10-CCL27 상호작용은 T세포 매개 피부염과 관련이 있다.[10]
