언어학, 담화 분석, 관련 분야에서는 대화나 대화에 관여하는 사람을 인터커터라고 한다. 서로 말을 주고받는 두 명 이상의 사람이 서로의 대화 상대다.[1][2] 대화 파트너,[3] 착용자 [4]또는 수취인이라는[5] 용어는 종종 인터커셔터와 교환하여 사용된다.
