릴로프리스톤(INN) (개발코드명 ZK-98734, ZK-734)은 합성 스테로이드 항정신병 항정신병제로서, 셰링에 의해 개발되어 1985년에 특허를 얻었다.[1][2][3][4] 그것은 낙태와 자궁내막 피임약으로 묘사된다.[1][4][5] 이 약은 C17α 사이드 체인의 구조에서만 미페프리스톤과 다르며, 이에 비해 항글루코르티코이드 활성도가 훨씬 감소했다고 한다.[6]
