인슐린 유사성장인자결합단백질1(IBP-1)은 태반단백질12(PP12)로도 알려져 있으며 IGFBP1 [5][6]유전자에 의해 인체 내에서 코드되는 단백질이다.
기능.
이 유전자는 인슐린 유사성장인자결합단백질(IGFBP) 계열의 일종으로 IGFBP 도메인과 I형 티로글로불린 도메인을 가진 단백질을 암호화한다.이 단백질은 인슐린 유사 성장인자(IGF) I과 II를 결합하고 혈장 내에서 순환한다.이 단백질의 결합은 IGF의 반감기를 연장하고 세포 표면 수용체와의 상호작용을 변화시킨다.다른 Isoform을 인코딩하는 대체 전사 스플라이스 변형이 [6]특징지어졌습니다.
