SEMA4D
SEMA4D세마포린-4D(SEMA4D)는 분화 100 클러스터(Cluster of Dividation 100, CD100)로 알려져 있으며, 인간에서 SEMA4D 유전자에 의해 인코딩되는 세마포린 계열의 단백질이다.[5]
함수
세마포린 4D(Semaphorin 4D, Sema 4D)는 과두화합물로 분비되어 중추신경계에 성장콘 붕괴를 유도하는 액손 유도분자다.플렉신 B1 수용체를 결합하여 R-Ras GTPase 활성 단백질(GAP)의 기능을 하며 성숙한 중추신경계 모두에서 액손 성장 원추(Axon grow cons)를 제거한다.[6]
면역 체계에서 CD100은 CD72를 결합하여 B세포와 덴드리트 세포를 활성화시키지만, 이 상호작용에 대한 많은 것이 아직 조사 중에 있다.[7][8]
피부 손상 수리를 하는 동안 SEMA4D는 감마 델타 T 세포의 플렉신 B2와 상호 작용하여 치유 과정에 역할을 한다.[9]
