G단백질결합수용체 114ADGRG5 [5][6][7]유전자에 의해 코드된 단백질이다.GPR114는 접착성 GPCR [8][9]패밀리의 구성원이다.접착성 GPCR은 GPCR-Autoproteolysis INducing([10]GAIN) 도메인으로 알려진 도메인을 통해 TM7 영역에 연결된 N 말단 단백질 모듈을 갖는 확장된 세포외 영역에 의해 특징지어진다.

GPR114 mRNA는 사람 호산구뿐만 아니라 마우스 림프구, 단구, 대식세포,[11] 수지상세포에서 특이적으로 발현된다.

시그널링

HEK293 세포를 과도하게 발현시키는 고리형 아데노신 일인산(cAMP) 분석 결과 GPR114와 Gαs 단백질의 [12]결합이 확인되었다.
