히드록시카르복실산 수용체 3(HCA3)은 나이아신 수용체 2(NIACR2)와 GPR109B로도 알려져 있으며 인간에서 HCAR3 유전자에 의해 암호화된 단백질이다.[3][4][5]HCA는3 다른 히드록시카르복실산 수용체 HCA1, HCA2 마찬가지로 G-커플i/o G단백질결합수용체(GPCR)이다.[6][7]HCA의3 1차 내생 작용제3-하이드록섹타노산키뉴레닉산이다.[6][7][8]HCA는3 또한 나이아신(일명 니코틴산)에 대한 저선량 생체분자 표적이다.[9]
