S1PR2 또는 S1P 로도2 알려진 스핑고신-1-인산 수용체 2 는 지질 신호 분자 스핑고신 1-인산염 (S1P)을 결합하는 G 단백질 결합 수용체 를 인코딩하는 인간 유전자 다.[5]
함수 이 단백질은 스핑고신 1-인산염 유도 세포 증식, 생존, 전사 활성화에 참여한다.[5] 뉴라이트 아웃성장 억제제인 노고아(RTN4)와도 상호작용하는 것으로 나타났다. [6] S1PR2는 뉴런과 혈관 세포에 표현되며 뉴런과 혈관 시스템의 발달과 성장에 중요하다.
