COUP-TFIINR2F2(핵수용체 서브패밀리 2, 그룹 F, 멤버 2)라고도 하는 COUP-TFII(COUP 전사 인자 2)는 NR2F2 [5][6]유전자에 의해 인체에서 코드되는 단백질이다.COUP의 약자는 치킨 오발부민 업스트림 프로모터를 의미합니다.

COUP-TFII는 심장, 혈관, 근육, [7][8]사지를 포함한 많은 조직과 장기의 발달을 조절하는 데 중요한 역할을 한다.
글루코콜티코이드 수용체(GR)는 COUP-TFII 유도 트랜스 활성화를 자극하는 반면, COUP-TFII는 GR 전사 [9][10]활성을 억제한다.COUP-TFII는 지방세포 분화를 억제하기 위해 [11]GATA2와 상호작용한다.
